A PLACE TO DISCOVER
A little closer
to Northport.
Del Vino is a family-owned vineyard on the rolling hills of Northport. Its landscaped grounds surround the main visitor building and vine rows.
THE STORY BEHIND THE PLACE
History & heritage
Lisa and Fred Giachetti’s family-operated vineyard opened in October 2018. The project preserved the original farmhouse on a former apple-farm property at 29 Norwood Road.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The vineyard experience
Del Vino occupies rolling Northport grounds, providing a western Long Island alternative to an East End itinerary. Its hospitality combines the vineyard landscape with a substantial culinary program. The family describes the experience through its Italian heritage and a home-style welcome; use the official reservation page to plan a table.
THE WINES
A sense of their style
The portfolio includes red blends, Super Tuscan-style wines, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, rosé and sparkling wine. The winery describes farming and cellar decisions as closely linked, with attention to soils, exposure and grape-growing choices.
Styles describe the producer’s range, not a live tasting menu or inventory. Offerings change by vintage and season.
FOOD & THE TABLE
Something to enjoy alongside.
The culinary team offers a tapas-style menu designed for sharing. Consult the current vineyard menu for dishes and dietary questions.
